The catch is that the 1960s-70s isolation valves under your sink are likely seized, once you start trying to shut them off you risk a flooded kitchen. We can do the swap and replace seized valves while we're there.
Q: Do you work with my builder, or am I project-managing you separately?
Both work. For coordinated builds we liaise directly with the builder on timing and lodgement; for owner-managed renovations we schedule around your other trades and keep you in the communication loop.
Q: My laundry layout is changing, what's involved plumbing-wise?
Relocating a trough means moving the supply tail set and the waste; a new washing machine bib set is a tee-off from the cold supply with isolation. If the floor waste has to move, that's the bigger job because the fall under the slab needs to remain correct.
